Biography
I work at the point where business operations, enterprise systems and applied AI meet — designing the processes, data structures, technology and automation that let a company run and keep running as it grows.
The work splits two ways. New and growing businesses need operating capability established: a model that holds, processes that are explicit, data that can be trusted, and systems that fit the way the company actually works. Existing organizations need the opposite direction of travel — legacy operations modernized, process gaps closed, manual work automated, AI introduced where it earns its place, and the whole thing measured.
What I deliver is the operation itself, in production: implemented, integrated, instrumented and handed to the people who run it. Frameworks and publications come out of that practice, not ahead of it.
